Kaitlyn contacted me wanting a fall engagement session and we decided that Tomlinson Run State Park in New Cumberland, WV would be the perfect spot for what they were looking for. I typically photograph engagement sessions an hour before sunset but for this one the only time that worked with their schedule was early afternoon. It was the end of the fall season and few leaves were left on the trees so I drove around the park ahead of time and found a handful of them that worked. You probably can't tell from the images but there were maybe ten trees in the whole park that still had just enough leaves; I was grateful because I just needed one. I placed the Kaitlyn and Brandon in beautiful light and incorporated the rich, warm colors of fall in their images. They are such a sweet couple and I wish them a lifetime of happiness together!
