Like most of my couples this past wedding season, Kacie and Bryce were high school sweethearts. After dating for many years, Bryce surprised Kacie by proposing on the North Shore in Pittsburgh! Their elegant wedding vision included black and white tuxes and dusty rose and gold accents. I love how much these two love their families and incorporated passed loved ones. One of my favorite parts of this wedding was the video played during the reception in memory of Bryce’s mom; it was so heartwarming and thoughtful and there wasn’t a dry eye in the room.
Kacie’s mom gave Kacie her Grandfather’s ring as a wedding gift. Grandparents are such a blessing and we miss them terribly when they are gone. I know Kacie would’ve loved to have had both of her grandparents at her wedding.
Their ceremony was held at Heinz Chapel in Oakland and the reception was at the Circuit Center in the South Side. It was elegantly decorated in neutrals and sparkle with chiavari chairs. Being a Pittsburgh sports fanatic, I also loved the terrible towel cookies incorporated in their Pittsburgh cookie table.
I love all of the details that went into this wedding and the "red door photograph" of Kacie at Heinz Chapel is one of my favorites from the 2019 wedding season! Check them out and let me know your fav!!
