Katie and Nick met in college while studying at Pitt-Johnstown. They were married at Rich Farms Nursery in Smithfield, Pennsylvania on a beautiful summer day. This wedding venue was the most gorgeous barn venue I have ever been to. An ornate faux tree encompassed the reception space and the grounds were full of beautiful gardens with mountains in the distance.
The bridesmaids wore matching burgundy dresses and the groomsmen wore grey suits. Nick wore a grey suit a couple shades darker that the groomsmen which helped him stand out - I loved this subtle difference. Katie wore a stunning, form-fitting gown with intricate lace detailing.
They said their vows under a pergola surrounded by mountains, gardens, and flowers. Gypsie Annie did an impeccable job with the bouquets, ceremony décor, and table centerpieces at the reception. They were GORGEOUS. Covid limited the reception events but everyone still had a wonderful time dancing the night away. Towards the end of the evening I snuck them out for some amazing sunset portraits - go to the end to see them!
