Bethany and Justin were married on May 6, 2018. I second shot this wedding with the beautiful Heather from Weddings by Heather. We covered this wedding last minute for a photographer who couldn't make it due to health concerns. Heather and I met the couple and the family on the spot and Heather walked into the lead photographer role flawlessly (because she's just awesome LOL). Bethany and Justin were so laid back and thankful that we were available to cover their special day.
Both the ceremony and reception were located at the Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square. The bridesmaid dresses paired beautifully with the colorful bouquets, and the windows in the hotel lobby provided wonderful natural light for family portraits. I especially loved the purple up-lighting in the reception and cocktail spaces. It gave the photos that extra "pop" of color. Bethany and Justin's friend celebrated his birthday on their wedding day so they decided to include him in the celebrations and the hotel staff brought him out a cake and everyone sang Happy Birthday to him. I thought that was so sweet!
